EAGLE RODEO
June 7  - 9, 2012
Eagle, Idaho
The Eagle Rodeo Committee with the support of the Idaho Cowboys Association (ICA), also co-sanctioned with Northwest Professional Rodeo Association (NPRA), Intermountain Professional Rodeo Association (IMPRA) and Professional Western Rodeo Association (Pro-West) is pleased to present the 11th Annual Eagle Rodeo. The rodeo is Thursday through Saturday in conjunction with Eagle Fun Days and will be held at the same location as last year. Click here for a detailed map.

The rodeo gives thrills to fans of all ages. Again this year, the all-popular Mutton Busting and Calf & Steer Riding will be held for local youth. For more information click here.

Due to popular demand, the 2012 Eagle Rodeo will again be a 3-day ICA sanctioned rodeo. Slack will be after the rodeo on Thursday and Friday night as needed.

SNAKE RIVER STAMPEDE
July 17 - 21, 2012
The Idaho Center
Boasting a $400,000 payoff, the Snake River Stampede is one of the top 10 regular season professional rodeos in the nation. In 2009, it was ranked eighth in the world, not counting the finals rodeos such as the National Finals Rodeo. It has evolved from a small, local bucking horse competition in the early 1900Œs to a major professional sports event.

The rodeo features bareback bronc riding, saddle bronc riding, bull riding, steer wrestling, tie-down roping, team roping and ladiesf barrel racing, plus mutton busting for the kids and the famous Snake River Stampeders Night Light Drill Team.

OWYHEE COUNTY RODEO
August 8 - 11, 2012
Homedale, Idaho

 

Authentic western rodeo held in Homedale, Idaho. Events include: Steer Riding, Ranch Hand Bronc Riding, Breakaway, Bull Dogging, Saddle Bronc, Bareback Riding, Barrel Racing, Local Team Roping, Team Roping, Bull Riding, Tie Down Roping and a crowd favorite the Mutton Bustin'. Our rodeo is one of the last to still have the Wild Horse Race and Wild Cow Milking. We feature Family Night on Wednesday (kids under 12 get in free), Kick Cancer Night on Thursday (where your pink gear) and the Finals on Saturday will be broadcast on Fox 12. You won't want to miss this rodeo!


2012 CALDWELL NIGHT RODEO
August 14 - 18, 2012
Caldwell Night Rodeo Grounds
The Caldwell Night Rodeo was organized in 1935 as part of the festivities to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the beginning of irrigation on the Boise project. It was called the Homesteadersf Silver Jubilee and Night Rodeo. Today the Caldwell Night Rodeo is listed among the top 20 professional rodeos in the nation and draws crowds in the neighborhood of 40,000 over five nights. The best professional cowboys in the world make the Caldwell Night Rodeo an annual stop in their schedule.

The Idaho Cowboyfs Association has been in existence since the early 1950fs. The objective of the ICA is to promote the sport of rodeo. Through the instrument of this association, rodeos attract bigger crowds and cowboys compete for larger purses. All ICA approved rodeos meet standards designed to enhance the quality of the rodeo, the talent of all competing cowboys and cowgirls, and the safety of rodeo stock.
